Watercolor 2024, the annual spring juried show in the Norris Gallery, 1040 Dunham Road in St. Charles, IL (near St. Charles East high school), opened Saturday, February 24 and is on display through Sunday, April 15, 2024.
Exhibit features watercolor paintings depicting a variety of images and demonstrating different watercolor techniques and surfaces. The 37 participating artists are:
Judith Arvidson, Julie Bargiel, Jessica Baron, Donna Beichel, Angela Boe, Larry Bond, Tammy Bozer, Charles Cassell, Dick Cholke, Dan Danielson, Zarina Docken, Christine Doolittle, Jeanne Dyer, Fatima Figueiredo, Deborah Freerksen, Carole Giovacchini, Barbara Hald, Lori Indovina-Valus, Mary Karr, Herb Kelly, Hannah King, Carole Kling, Robert Krajecki, Kathi Kuchler, Kathleen Manning, Margot McMahon, Nancy Proesel, Cynthia Ray, Megan Ripke, Mary Ellen Segraves, Pattie Linden Seifrid, IWS, Jannifer Soule, Carol Sturz, Wendi Lam Thourson, Thomas Trausch, Rosalie Waranius Vass, and Brittany Worsham.
During the Sunday, March 10, 2-4 PM reception, awards will be presented at 3 PM. The show's judge is Steve Puttrich. He graduated from the American Academy of Art and the Art Institute of Chicago. He serves an an Artists in Residence for the Plein Air Painters of Chicago and teaches at the Palette and chisel Academy of Fine Art.

The Norris Gallery is located in the Norris Cultural Arts Center, 1040 Dunham Road in St. Charles, IL on the campus of St. Charles East High School. Free parking is available across from the Center. Gallery Hours: Thursday-Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM, and when the Center is open for performances. ###
