From Bill Foster:

Dear Friends:

Every year, I have the distinct honor of hosting the Congressional Art Competition. Started by Members of the U.S. House of Representatives in 1982, this nationwide annual art competition allows high-school-age students to showcase their artistic ability. The winning piece of art from each Congressional district is displayed in an eleven-month exhibit in the U.S. Capitol.

Submissions are now open for high-school-age students residing in Illinois' 11th Congressional District! For artwork guidelines and submission requirements, visit foster.house.gov/artcompetition. All submissions are due on April 22, 2024.

Don't hesitate to reach out to my office at (630) 585-7672 with any questions. I can't wait to see your talent and creativity!

Sincerely, Bill Foster

Member of Congress
