OOPS -- this spray booth photo is so out-of-focus -- but you get the general idea!

Hanover Township Center for Aging, 240 Route 59 in Barlett, IL announces a new addition to its art studio -- the above spray booth. It's been connected to existing exhaust vents and maintenance built a wooden stand for it to bring it to a convenient height of student artists. Spray booths are used for spray paints, varnishes and finishes. It blows the fumes outside so that the art room is not filled with toxicity that can irritate those who are sensitive to them.

For individuals 50 and above, the Hanover Township Center for Aging is an absolutely amazing place. Cafe' for daily meals, gift shop, pool table, ongoing programs, health care and social services, health fairs, and best of all -- an amazing art program that is VERY affordable! Be sure to check it out. You don't have to be a Barlett, IL resident to participate. Out of district membership is $25 a year. It is well worth it! ###
