The Addison Center for the Arts to Host "Expressions: Art & Verse 2025"
The Addison Center for the Arts is pleased to announce "Expressions: Art & Verse 2025", its fifth collaboration between visual artists and the Illinois State Poetry Society. Participating poets will read poems inspired by the work of local artists. The public is invited to attend the free art reception and poetry program on Saturday, March 29, 2025, 1-4 p.m. The show will be on display at the ACA Gallery from March 26 through April 19, 2025.
Illinois artists exhibiting in “Expressions: Art & Verse 2025” are: Roseanne Benson, Tania Blanco, Margaret Bucholz, Susan Cargill, Kate Diosdado, Andrea Fox, Jeanne Garrett, Beth Gollan, Cheryl Holz, Kendra Kett, Joan Ladendorf, Gahel Lezama, Lisa Lucaccioni, Lennart Lundh, Beata Nowak, Matthew Padilla, Rene Parks, Carol Severson, Eleni Sianis, Iryna Shkrobach, Lori Szkodzinski, and Lyn Tietz.The Illinois State Poetry Society’s featured members are: Marie Asner, Bakul Banerjee, Mary Beth Bretzlauf, Hanh Chau, Thomas Chockley, Gail Denham, Kathryn Haydon, M.E.
