Phil, a Grayslake resident, is regularly featured in Ann Kullberg's COLOR magazine about colored pencil artistry. Phil teaches many places throughout the Chicago area, accepts commissions, and appears in various art fairs. His art career is well worth following because he is generous in sharing his incredible expertise with his students.
