"Gyre" by Julie Mars is a bead mosaic on a convex mirror! This photo absolutely does not do justice to the extraordinary gradations of color and intricacy of design Julie accomplished here. And the sparkle -- fabulous! Great job.

"Roses are my Favorite" watercolor by Mary Ellen Segraves. Mary Ellen is a very accomplished watercolor artist, and I always gravitate to her work -- good composition, excellent color choices, and a soft, loose approach to her subject matter. Although not an award winner -- GREAT job, nonetheless.

HONORABLE MENTION: Digital Print "Reflections in Ancient Roman Basilica Cistern" by Mary Dreiser.

HONORABLE MENTION "Zigzag Four" Photographic Composite" by Fletcher Hayes

"Old Bridge at Highland Woods" Colored Pencil by Sylvia Publ -- beautifully rendered, nice composition, exceptional bridge detail and that sky -- amazing! Nicely done!

AWARD OF MERIT: "Blue Sky Bean Chicago" Digital Photograph by C. Dianne Williams

AWARD OF MERIT: "When We Fall" ink acrylic on canvas by Jaime foster.

HONORABLE MENTION "Lake in the Hills" Aluminum Plate Lithograph by Julie Bargiel

Always drawn to the watercolor work of Dan Danielson -- Here's his entry entitled, "It's Sunday, the Fish Can Wait" Absolutely love the colors in the water and the reflections he's captured! This definitely gives the vibe of a lazy Sunday where life feels harmonious and Monday morning is a lifetime away. LOVE!
