[Chicago, IL] “Be Mine,” the ninth invitational exhibit, will feature more than 40 artists from Chicagoland area at the Greenleaf Art Center from February 10 to March 28, 2024. The exhibition features at least one work per invited artist.  The opening reception is Saturday February 10, from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. Refreshments will be served. The exhibition will also feature a Fluxus mail art installation. Free and open to the public. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. “Be Mine” was conceived in 2009 by Pate Conaway and Judith Hladik-Voss, to deal with winter and provide artists with a venue for conceptual art. Curators are now Mike Benedetto, Pate Conaway, Niki Nolin, and Catherine Schwalbe.
