Fine Line Creative Arts Center in St. Charles is celebrating its 40th Anniversary with a GALA on September 27, 2019 at the Q Center in St. Charles. This not-for-profit arts center supports artists and the local community with classes, exhibits and arts/crafts opportunities in a beautiful, natural setting at 37W570 Bolcum Road in St. Charles.
