CALL FOR ARTISTS! to Anawim Arts in Wheaton, IL by 5/30/2026 for July 12, 2026 Show

Anawim Arts based in Wheaton, IL are excited to announce that the 2026 art show is scheduled for July 12, 2026. It will be held in Wheaton, Illinois, and on our website for participants who are not able to be present in person. The theme is ‘Dare to Dream: Brokenness Needs Beauty.’ How does art bring healing?

For this show, visual art will be paired with the written word. You may submit visual art, writing, or both; visual artists may also choose to partner with a writer they know, or vice-versa.

Check out previous art shows for inspiration. To be considered for inclusion, please submit up to three visual art pieces and/or up to three written pieces (poetry or prose, no longer than one page each).

We can’t wait to see and read your submissions! All submissions are due by May 30, 2026. Participants will be notified of acceptance in the art show by June 15.
