Art Studio for Fun in Downers Grove Gears Up for a Busy Spring and Summer for KIDS

Spring Classes at the Studio

This spring, our studio classes invite young artists to explore a variety of creative techniques and materials while building confidence and new skills. Each class is designed for small groups so every child receives individual guidance while still having the freedom to develop their own artistic style. Our Spring Studio Series will include:

Fiber Arts – Mondays 5-6:15pm- Students explore texture and creativity through weaving, stitching, and soft fiber projects.

Polymer Clay – Tuesdays 5-6pm- Young artists will work with polymer clay to create a whimsical project inspired by awakening spring nature called Secret Grove.

Tile Mosaic –Thursdays 5-6pm - Students design and build their own mosaic artwork using colorful tiles, learning patience, planning, and composition.

Intermediate Sewing Machine – Fridays 5-6:15pm- For students who already know basic sewing machine skills and are ready to expand their abilities with new projects and techniques.

All materials are provided, and projects are thoughtfully designed to encourage creative thinking, patience, and pride in handmade work. Spots are intentionally limited to keep the classes personal and supportive.
