Jeanne’s works share her years-long studies and documentations of fires, both natural and controlled, emphasizing the results – how, in the midst of charred remains, nature moves from devastation to rebirth. She fills the entire gallery with dozens of her photographs and huge silk murals and hanging banners. Images printed on silk hang from the ceiling and create an experience for viewers – as if they are walking through the devastated forest.
